7 Shark Week travel essentials for baby

July 23, 2017
It’s that time of year again when my DVR gets maxed out, and my husband tries to be sneaky and slowly delete my shows at random to make space for his beloved Game of Thrones. It’s Shark Week! You either get the hype or you don’t, and we are a divided household. For the record, I would eventually get around to watching all 25+ shark shows sometime this year, but I have a three-year-old dictator living in my home who tells me Caillou needs to be on instead.

Since this is one of my favorite weeks, I couldn’t resist hunting down some shark-themed travel essentials.
Shark teething necklace | $14.99
Traveling with a teething baby? You’ll need one of these to get through a long plane or car ride.
Shark plush | $13.41
You may not have put the words “shark” and “adorable” in the same sentence until now.
 Finger puppet book | $6.29
Board books are a travel must for entertaining a little one.
‘Elp’ rolling suitcase | $39.89
Perfect for when your kiddo is ready for their first rolling bag.
Slumberkins hammerhead | $44
These are insanely soft and like a mixture between a stuffed animal and blankie. They are so lightweight and not bulky, which makes them perfect for travel.
Muslin swaddle blankets | $17.99
Lightweight muslin blankets are not only great for swaddling, but they are also wonderful for keeping your kid warm on a cold plane, providing sun protection, and wiping up spilled milk/spit-up.
Camelbak kids water bottle | $15
When your child is ready for water bottles, these are some of the best out there. It has an optional straw so depending on your kid’s preference, they can either drink it more like a traditional water bottle or use the straw instead.

Are there any other Shark Week fans out there?
